Service Levels and Usage

   Signadot provides access to the platform through different tiers. Each tier includes specific usage amounts for sandboxes, concurrent local connections, and test executions. Current limits and inclusions are usually listed on the pricing page. If in doubt, please ask.

   ‍
   Usage Your account receives the usage amounts associated with your selected tier. Included usage covers sandboxes, concurrent local connections, and test executions. If you exceed your included amounts, platform behavior may pause until usage returns within limits. Paid tiers offer additional usage on an a la carte basis at the rates shown on the pricing page.

3. Usage Measurement
   
   Signadot measures usage through platform metering. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and understanding how your activity consumes these resources.

4. Fair Use
   
   All tiers are subject to fair use rules. You may not use the service in a manner that harms platform stability or disrupts other users. Prohibited activity includes abusive workloads, high volume automated traffic, or activity that creates security risks. Signadot may restrict or suspend access if usage threatens service reliability or violates acceptable use standards.

5. Data Retention
   
   Signadot retains sandbox data, logs, and related artifacts according to the retention rules for each tier. Free accounts generally have shorter retention. Paid tiers may have longer retention. Signadot may remove inactive resources as needed to maintain service health.

6. Changes to Usage Limits
   
   Signadot may modify tier limits, pricing, or included usage. Paid users will receive at least 30 days notice before any material change takes effect.

7. Suspension and Termination
   
   Signadot may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of these terms, or security risks. Users may stop using the service at any time.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this website;
